The JR East series 205 electric train (国鉄205系電車, Kokutetsu 205-kei densha) is an KRL introduced in 1984 by the Japanese National Railway (JNR) and after privatization, the JR 205 KRL is operated by the East Japan Railway Company and West Japan Railway Company. This KRL operates on various routes in Japan and is now operating on the KAI Commuter route in Jabodetabek and Lebak.
